1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Service" refers to the luxury vehicle rental services provided by Noble Ride
• "User," "You," or "Renter" refers to the individual or entity renting a vehicle
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Noble Ride and its authorized representatives
• "Vehicle" refers to any automobile provided for rental under this agreement
• "Rental Period" refers to the duration between vehicle pickup and return
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions along with any rental contract

2. Acceptance of Terms

By reserving, accessing, or using our rental services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Noble Ride. Your use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms in their entirety.

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Age and Licensing

To rent a vehicle from Noble Ride, you must:

• Be at least 23 years of age
• Hold a valid driver's license for a minimum of 2 years
• Possess an International Driving Permit (IDP) if your license is not issued in Taiwan
• Provide a valid passport or national identification
• Present a credit card in your name for security deposit

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Taiwan law. Renters under 20 years of age may require parental or guardian consent as required by Taiwanese regulations.

4. Service Description

Noble Ride provides luxury vehicle rental services throughout Taiwan. Our services include:

• Access to our curated fleet of luxury sedans, SUVs, grand tourers, and convertibles
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• GPS navigation with English-language support
• 24/7 roadside assistance
• Flexible pickup and drop-off arrangements (where applicable)

Vehicle availability is subject to demand and booking confirmation. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of similar or higher category if the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable.

5. Reservations and Bookings

5.1 Booking Process

Reservations can be made through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation from Noble Ride.

5.2 Reservation Changes

Changes to reservations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Changes are subject to vehicle availability and may result in price adjustments.

5.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup time receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup may incur charges as outlined in the rental agreement.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing and Fees

All rental rates are quoted in New Taiwan Dollars (NT$) and include:

• Base rental fee for the selected package duration
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• GPS navigation system
• 24/7 roadside assistance
• Applicable taxes

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). A security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card and released upon vehicle return, provided there is no damage or violation.

6.3 Additional Charges

You may incur additional charges for:

• Late returns (charged at hourly or daily rates)
• Traffic violations or parking fines
• Toll road charges not paid during rental
• Cleaning fees for excessive interior soiling
• Fuel charges if vehicle is not returned with agreed fuel level
• Damage beyond normal wear and tear

7. Renter Responsibilities

7.1 Vehicle Operation

You agree to:

• Operate the vehicle in accordance with Taiwan traffic laws and regulations
• Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition during the rental period
• Perform daily checks of oil, water, and tire pressure
• Report any mechanical issues immediately
• Keep the vehicle locked when unattended

7.2 Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Allow unauthorized persons to drive the vehicle
• Use the vehicle for racing, rallying, or competitive driving
• Drive under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances
• Transport illegal goods or substances
• Use the vehicle for ride-sharing or commercial passenger transport
• Exceed passenger or cargo capacity limits
• Transport pets without prior authorization
• Modify or alter the vehicle in any way

8. Insurance Coverage

8.1 Included Coverage

All rentals include comprehensive insurance covering:

• Collision damage to the rented vehicle
• Third-party liability for property damage and bodily injury
• Theft protection

8.2 Deductibles and Limitations

Insurance coverage is subject to deductibles and exclusions as specified in the rental agreement. Coverage may be void if the vehicle is used in violation of these terms or Taiwan law.

9. Accidents and Damage

9.1 Incident Reporting

In the event of an accident, theft, or damage, you must:

• Contact local authorities immediately and obtain a police report
• Notify Noble Ride within 24 hours
• Complete an incident report form
• Cooperate with insurance investigations
• Not admit fault or liability without our authorization

9.2 Renter Liability

You are responsible for damage to the vehicle during the rental period, subject to insurance coverage terms. You may be liable for deductibles and costs exceeding insurance limits.

10. Vehicle Return

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location. Late returns may incur additional charges. The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as provided, accounting for normal wear and tear.

If you are unable to return the vehicle on time, contact us immediately. Unauthorized extensions may result in additional fees and could be considered vehicle theft.

11. Limitation of Liability

Noble Ride's liability is limited to the extent permitted by Taiwan law. We are not liable for:

• Personal injury or property damage caused by your negligence
• Loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle
• Delays, inconveniences, or expenses due to vehicle breakdown
• Consequential or indirect damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total rental fees paid for the affected rental period.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, please review our Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and reclaim the vehicle if:

• You violate any terms of this agreement
• The vehicle is used for illegal purposes
• Payment obligations are not met
• You provide false information during booking

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations or liability for damage.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication. Contact our customer service team at legal@nobleridego to discuss any concerns.

14.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For material changes, we will provide notice via email if we have your contact information on file.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
